The most common and flexible strategy chosen for you as an investor, in order to see quick results and rewards without a long term commitment. This strategy gives you a fixed rate return on your capital with a minimum time frame on only one year.

If you have ever considered owning an investment buy-to-let property or a portfolio of properties, then our ‘Hands Free’ Portfolio Building Service could be ideal for you.
This strategy is predominantly aimed at private individuals who would like to buy their own single buy-to-let property, or start their own buy-to-let portfolio, but due to busy lives and other commitments, do not have the available time. A Typical time period from Instruction to first purchase can be six weeks, the benefits being positive monthly cash flow and an instant equity in property.
As a private investor you will receive a monthly rental profit from the property and a lump sum when eventually sold. The initial investment amount includes deposit, all fees and refurbishment costs.
Buy to Sell
Also known as “Flipping” this is an investment strategy where a property is purchased to add value through refurbishment and/or renovation and then resold quickly to achieve a profit from the increase in capital value.

This Strategy tends to be more popular with high net-worth individual looking for great returns on their investment. Developments are more often large, exciting projects that require a higher level of investment capital but result in a large percentage return.
